This talk focuses on helping attendees understand self-esteem and the importance of how self-esteem allows us to reach our full potential in all areas of life. It provides attendees with:
  • Ways of recognising how sound our own self-esteem currently is
  • An understanding of the building blocks to sound self-esteem and how we can put them in place for ourselves
  • Ways to become more empowered by truly taking responsibility for ourselves and our actions
  • An understanding of the importance of holding self-compassion towards ourselves
  • An understanding of the power of visualisation and how we can use it to help us build the life we truly want.
